You will see in many posts that I talk about writing down in journals about situations that you want to improve. If you get into this habit often, daily if necessary, you will soon find that you have a record of situations and events that you can look back on, reflect, and recall what worked to improve them, and what didn’t.
Improving yourself is a life-long journey, one where you are constantly changing and updating your life skills. It’s good to be able to reflect back on how you dealt with things, especially if they did not go as planned. That way you can put into plan what you would do differently if something similar occurred.
Whilst you could use an exercise book or a spiral notepad, I have listed below a selection of journals that are currently available. I hope you like them – I find that if you are writing in something nice it becomes that bit more important to you.
